1. Closing date for entries is 31st December 2010. 2. The promotion is open to residents in the U.K, CI and IoM aged 18 and over. 3. The promotion is not open to employees of Tyrrells Potato Chips, or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion. 4. Only one entry is allowed per person. 5. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to factors outside Tyrrells control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt. 6. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Tyrrells retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of similar value in the event of the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 7. The winner will be chosen at random. No correspondence will be entered into. 8. The prize consists of 1 Tyrrells Potato Planter. 9. The winner will be notified by email/phone by January 7th 2011.The winner is required to accept the prize within 7 days of notification.
